Anna Babette Dieterich, born in 1972, studied classical singing at the Musikhochschule Karlsruhe and completed her second degree at the German Literature Institute Leipzig. She gives singing lessons and conducts workshops. Her passion is improvisation with language, voice and movement. She realizes solo performances, solo programs, framings, musical readings, meditative concerts and works with artists of different genres. During performances she occasionally uses a looper to multiply her voice. She also writes poetry, short prose, song lyrics and libretti for children's musicals and is a member of the vocal:tribe ensemble.
