WHY? As part of the event ‘Runder Tisch der TanzSzene BW’ we will enrich the afternoon workshop with our kick-off for the new format ‘MEET & SHARE’.
WHAT? With ‘MEET & SHARE’, BLOMST! is creating a new exchange format for artists from different art disciplines who are professionally active in the fields of cultural education and participation. We see each other as experts in this broad field and share our knowledge and tools with and for each other.
WHY? By sharing our experiences and getting to know new ideas from other art disciplines, we expand our ability to act in cultural work with diverse groups. We enable ourselves to think more creatively about what we do and supplement it with new possibilities and ways of playing. We network and get to know different approaches to our work that enrich us and can change our perspectives (which may be stuck in our everyday lives).
PREREQUISITE
W e create a very open framework in which we invite everyone to get involved if they wish, or to adopt a more observational stance as a participant. We rely on honest feedback so that our ideas are not seen as the measure of all things. We make suggestions and would also like to get to know your needs. We choose a ‘working YOU’ in communication and endeavour to use non-violent language. We agree on a common code word that is then valid for everyone in order to make it clear when a counterpart is crossing boundaries and respect our respective differences here. In each of our ‘MEET & SHARE’ sessions, BLOMST! focuses on one or two subject areas. Participation recognises these focal points.
FOCUS 1 = ‘STOP DANCING’
On 2 October 2024, we want to focus on the many variations of the movement game ‘STOP-DANCING’. This section will take approximately 1 hour. After a short break, we would like to get to know each other better and reflect on the basic idea of ‘MEET & SHARE’.
The offer is free of charge, please register for the planning.
The workshop language is German.
