Showing, talk & workshop

Martina Gunkel and Lisa Thomas cordially invite you to a showing at Produktionszentrum Tanz + Performance following their three-week research project “Mind the Punch I 30:65.” The artists engage in a powerful physical confrontation, exploring the themes of strength, competition, balance, and conflict between two bodies separated by 35 years of age. To what extent does a powerful confrontation arise between their female bodies, and why is it worthwhile to strive for a common strength despite all the disagreements and differences?

Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for discussion and a workshop in which we will share methods from our work process. The workshop is open to all levels and generations.
