In her work, Daura Hernández García explores grief as a process of transformation, asking what happens to us when we lose something - a person, a life plan, or a familiar image of ourselves. The dance solo intertwines deeply personal experiences, such as perimenopause and aging, with more universal forms of loss, including moving, separation, and leaving behind places of origin and social roles. In doing so, it examines how loss and grief shape our bodies, our sense of self, and our relationships.

The performance takes place in a shop window within Stuttgart’s urban landscape, which becomes a projection surface for inner processes. While the audience stands outside on the street wearing headphones, a finely tuned interplay of dance, voice, and live sound unfolds inside the space.
