How do we allow ourselves to be seduced? When do we follow rules without questioning them? And at what point do we actually believe that we are making our own decisions?

REDHOT – Ultra Deluxe combines choreography, game design and performance into a shared experience in which the boundaries between observing and participating gradually begin to shift.

Drawing on mechanisms of game design, the piece explores how decisions are made, how we are guided, and why being led can sometimes feel surprisingly good.
