Programme
DANCE
»In den Seilen hängen« // Luis Hergón & Daura Hernández García
The dance performance "Hanging in the Ropes" by Luis Hergón and Daura Hernández García employs the image of a spiderweb as a metaphor for human existence. Through an interplay of movement, sound, and imagery, the piece explores themes such as time, love, and freedom, while raising questions regarding the balance between—and the nature of—stability.
Idea, Concept, Dance: Luis Hergón, Daura Hernández García
PUPPET THEATER
»100jährige Dinge erzählen - Ein poetisch-theatraler Zukunftsunterricht« // Ensemble Materialtheater
In the realm of puppet theater, Ensemble Materialtheater presents "100jährige Dinge erzählen - Ein poetisch-theatraler Zukunftsunterricht"—a work that offers an engagement with objects from the 1920s that is as humorous as it is contemplative. Everyday items are transformed into "time-objects" that recount stories of technological progress, societal upheaval, and recurring political dynamics, thereby directing our gaze toward contemporary questions of solidarity and social cohesion.
Performers: Kristof Klein, Luigi Consavlo, Claudia Sill, Sigrun Kilger, Annette Scheibler, Renata Stromberger | Direction: Alberto García Sánchez
FILM
