A black figure that exposes skin and body in certain areas, a head that wanders across this fragmented bodily landscape, marveling, dancing. As a hybrid body—somewhere between a puppet and a human—dancer and choreographer Eva Baumann explores the themes of farewell and letting go.

»/NOT/ in my name« // Rafi Martin

Who assigns names? What do names mean for one’s own identity? In his performative stage experiment, Rafi Martin examines France’s state policy on last names. A stage experiment featuring water shadows, masks, fish, and an aquarium; text collages drawn from biographical and official administrative material; geometric concepts; and centrifugal force.
