Childhood memories of summer in Italy and the intangible desire to put the sun in your pocket form the original images and ideas for the dance piece SOLARE. Named after the score of the same name by Fausto Romitelli, SOLARE endeavours to make this irresistible warmth tangible. Tiredness leads to dreaming and mixes longing and reality, hope and illusion with despair, until it gives us a handful of surrealistic and primitive images full of simple and intuitive poetry.
