Dancer in flamenco companies like "Flamencos en Route", "Danza Fuego" and others. 1995 founder and producer of the company "Catarina Mora Flamenca".

1998 co-founder of the "Production Center Dance and Performance" (Santi, Mora, Milz, Frangenheim). Initiator of the Stuttgart Flamenco Festival since 2010.

Since 1992 teaching position at the Drama School of the State University of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart, 2001- 2011 teaching position for Spanish dance at the Palucca School Dresden. Since 2006 she teaches at the John Cranko School Stuttgart. Since 2007 teaching position for "Spatial Perception" at the University of Stuttgart, Institute for Performing and Design. Since 2011 teaching position at the Opera School of the State University of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart. Since 2019 teaching position for Spanish dance at the New Zealand School of Dance, Wellington. Workshop activities at home and abroad.
After "Träum nicht vom Blute des Mondes" at tri-bühne,1995 Stuttgart, "Petenera" 1998 at Staatstheater Stuttgart, "Don Juan" 2000, "Machismo" 2003, "A las 5 de la tarde" 2010, "Kain" 2012 and "Amigos" 2014 are her large-scale dance theater productions at Theaterhaus. Guest performances with her productions since 1996 throughout Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Japan and Estonia. Invitations to major festivals including tanzhaus nrw, Nancy, Chur, Tallin, Shanghai, Mumbai and New Zealand. Founder and initiator of the Stuttgart Flamenco Festivals since 2010.
