Malika Ali is a dance artist dedicated to performing, choreographing and teaching dance. She studied Modern Theater Dance at the Amsterdam University of the Arts, after which Malika completed internships with the contemporary dance companies Cullberg in Stockholm and GöteborgsOperans Danskompani in Sweden.
In the following years she worked as a dancer with choreographer Sebastian Matthias in the pieces "People looking at People" in Berlin, Hamburg and Zurich and "Intergalactic Underwater Palace" in Sweden. Among others, Malika was a dancer with the Swedish touring company Norrdans where she performed in the pieces 'One One One', 'If only I knew' by Ioannis Mandafounis, 'Mascot' Rachel Tess, 'OUR HOUSE IS ON FIRE' by Nicole Beutler, 'Piano Favourites' by Martin Forsberg. She is also the concept developer, choreographer and dancer of 'Motion Portals', which was realized by Norrdans in the cities of Sundsvall, Umeå, Östersund and Örnsköldsvik in Sweden.
