YOMO DANCE
Through years of exploring yoga and dance, Katrin has developed her own form of combining yoga and modern dance with YOMO. In flowing sequences, elements from contemporary dance are harmoniously combined with asanas from yoga. We move through all levels, starting slowly on the floor, initially placed and focussed on our breathing and how we feel. With each level upwards, we increase the dynamics and expand the space around us. In part, we explore the body and the movement possibilities freely and improvising, in part in sequences that build on each other. Breathing and music support us in the process.
