Pilar Murube's training is based on the release technique. The use of gravity and centrifugal force in the movement and the idea of using our body more as a skeleton helps us to use the muscles more sparingly and thus strain them less. First we concentrate on awareness of the body. Then we consciously set it in motion through various exercises on the floor and in an upright position. Through off-balance, the force generated by different parts of the body or by releasing and slinging the body, we dance more and more through the space.
