Class Description
"In the class, we explore movement through improvisation, beginning with sensory experience through touch, observation, and listening to different parts of the body, we awaken subtle sensations and invite a deeper connection to ourselves. Building from these sensations, we develop movements that emerge organically. We explore where movement begins, how it is initiated, and how the body can respond naturally to what it feels or make a decision not to follow that feeling. By following these inner signals and decisions based on them, we allow the body to guide us into motion rather than forcing choreography from the outside. As awareness grows, we try to extend our consciousness from one part of the body to others at the same time, aiming to sense the entire body in relation to others and the space around us."
