10 am - 12.30 pm: Workshop

A healthy diet and optimal fluid intake are important for the health and performance of dancers in order to meet the physical demands of their profession. The usually irregular daily routine with only short breaks between rehearsals, performances or classes often makes it difficult for dancers to eat a balanced and varied diet. However, healthy eating is necessary to stay fit, prevent nutrient deficiencies in the body and support recovery phases in a meaningful way.
This lecture will illustrate the principles of a balanced diet, offer options for dealing with job-specific problems and provide practical tips for everyday life.

from 1 pm: Individual nutrition training sessions

Members of the PZ have the opportunity to book individual training sessions with the lecturer. 30-minute slots will be allocated following the workshop. During the individual appointments, personal questions about a healthy and performance-enhancing diet can be asked.

Register for individual nutrition training at  info@produktionszentrum.de. The number of slots is limited.
