We cordially invite you to our series SHOWROOM – Die Werkstattreihe im Produktionszentrum:

Artists present their current work and engage in dialogue about it; the evening becomes a creative space where critical discourse and inspiration flow together. The Produktionszentrum series, curated by Antje Jetzky, Alexandra Mahnke, and Susa Ramsthaler, gives artists the opportunity to showcase the current status of their work and receive creative feedback.

The lineup includes Alexandra Brenk, Ellen Constantin, Rebecca Egeling, Levent Gürsoy, Nina Kurzeja, Susa Ramsthaler, Kira Senkspiel, and others.

Antje Jetzky will host the evening. We look forward to welcoming many guests and enjoying some inspiring moments.

Erzähl mir Deine Sehnsucht – 10 min.
A woman sits on the floor and waits for someone from the audience to sit down next to her and tell her about their dream, their longing. She has time, and when someone comes, she listens very attentively, because she has time—it is time within time. She says nothing and waits, together with the audience.

Seeing Pink Elephants // WORK IN PROGRESS – 8 min.
Kira Senkpiel offers a glimpse into her work-in-progress solo “seeing pink elephants,” which explores the theme of hallucinations. “seeing pink elephants” will have its world premiere in Oslo in November 2013.

Smiling calmly, carrying yourself with ease—who wouldn’t want to be more relaxed? But what if even relaxation becomes an effort, and walking turns into an endless escape?

Superjekt - 10 min.
In the vast colony of our existence, there are people of all kinds who think and feel in different ways. Drawing on the work of Gilles Deleuze, Michel de Montaigne, Fernando Pessao, and others, the choreography Superjekt explores the folds of matter and the body, thereby reflecting the folds of the soul.

Alice in ICONLAND – Dance Excerpts
Alice, a young girl, is fed up with the rules of her everyday life and follows the White Rabbit into the wonderland of virtual reality—but even there, she is expected to conform… This dance theater production for children ages 10 and up will have its premiere on February 26 at the Theaterhaus
