The Profi-Training* takes place regularly in the PZ (Tunnelstr. 16) with changing instructors. There is no training during school holidays and public holidays.

The Profi-Training will take place in January 2026 at Faullederstraße 1-3, 70186 Stuttgart East from 9.30 to 11 am.
(Note: There are no changing rooms on site)
Fee
Single Lesson (90 min): 10,- € // reduced 5,- € (PZ-members, students)
→ Drop-in class, no pre-registration required.
*The Profi-Training is aimed at professional dancers. Artists from related fields and participants with the appropriate level of qualification are also welcome. We reserve the right to react in the event of a lack of expertise.

Contemporary dance explores different dance styles and forms of movement. Our rotating instructors present their individual movement vocabularies in the training sessions and develop dance sequences and improvisation phases together with the participants.

Classical ballet is the basis for every form of dance. Whether at the barre or in the centre of the hall, the aim of this training is to specifically train body control. Our rotating instructors bring individual approaches and techniques to the training sessions thanks to their various training programmes and professional experience.
Intensive Training
INTENSIVE TRAINING IN CONTEMPORARY DANCE

with rotating guest instructors
At regular intervals, we offer intensive training for professional dancers in contemporary dance. During this week, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their dance skills and immerse themselves in the individual styles of the guest instructor.
Participation is available on a drop-in basis, similar to regular professional training (10 € or reduced fee of 5 €).
