The dance performance “Bound” deals with the longing for closeness and connection between men. Two dancers remain physically connected throughout the entire choreography. This creates an intense language of movement that allows trust, dependence, and closeness to be experienced through powerful images. Together, the two search for new ways in which intimacy can arise far removed from sex and violence. We are allowed to accompany them on this journey.
